Refund and Returns Policy

I. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery date.
- Non-returnable items: Customized pieces & pierced jewelry items (e.g. earrings) for hygiene reasons.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in original sale condition: Unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and accessories (certificates, warranty cards, gift boxes) included.
- Provide clear product photos and original order number for verification.
Non-defective Returns
- Customer bears round-trip shipping costs and 5% restocking fee (calculated on item price).

II. Refund Process

Pre-approval
- Submit request via service@aurojewels.com with order number, product photos, and reason. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
Return Shipping
- Ship pre-approved items using shock-proof packaging and full-coverage shipping insurance to our designated address. Buyer assumes all loss/damage risks during transit.
Refund Issuance
- Full refund (minus applicable fees) via original payment method within 3 business days after passing warehouse inspection.

III. Full Refund Exceptions

Free return shipping & 100% refund applies ONLY if:

Manufacturing defects (e.g. gemstone loosening, metal cracking).
Material misrepresentation on product page (evidence required).
Incorrect items shipped.

IV. Non-refundable Cases

Returns will be rejected if:

Customized/modified items (engravings, resized rings).
Final sale/clearance items (marked “Non-returnable”).
Customer-induced damage (scratches, bent components) or missing parts.
Purchased through unauthorized channels.

V. Dispute Resolution

Inspect packages upon delivery. Report shipping damages within 24 hours with timestamped photos and carrier-stamped proof.
Disagree with inspection results? Request assessment by a third-party authoritative appraiser at responsible party’s expense.
